The US women’s soccer team makes its return to international championship play on June 7 when the 2019 FIFA World Cup begins.
The team competes in Group F. They will face Chile, Sweden and Thailand in an effort to move on to the next round. The team has to win seven matches to claim the title. Fans may still buy tickets to all World Cup games.
The schedule for the US team is:
- June 11 vs Thailand, Auguste Delaune Stadium in Reims, 3 p.m. ET
- June 16 vs Chile, Parc des Princes in Paris, Noon ET
- June 20 vs Sweden, Stade Océane in Le Havre, 3 p.m. ET
Games will be televised by Fox Sports.

2019 FIFA World Cup Roster
U.S. Women’s National Team head coach Jill Ellis has confidence in his roster. “These 23 players have been through adversity and success, and it’s a group that has the talent, confidence, experience and desire to help us win the World Cup,” he said in an online statement.
